Agreement to these terms
By downloading, installing, or using Calzy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Calzy.
The service
Calzy is software provided by Eric Hahn. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. Calzy is provided free of charge except where stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Calzy for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Calzy, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense Calzy without our written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- Use Calzy to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Your content
Calzy works with your own files and data. You keep all rights to them; we claim no ownership. You are responsible for the content you use Calzy with and for having the rights to use it.
Intellectual property
Calzy, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Eric Hahn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Calzy; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
Third-party services
Calzy may connect to third-party services (such as Google) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
Calzy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Calzy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Hahn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Calzy.
Privacy
Your use of Calzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of Calzy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
